Our brandnew double head cutting machine is on the way to our dealer in Los Angelos USA. The cutting deepnes is 173 mm with an 500 mm sawblade and a cooling unit specialized for aluminium profiles. The hydropnuematic cylinder movement is a proffesional option to cut aluminium profiles more slowly. The vertical and two horizontal clamps will fix the profiles on the machine table very stable with a clamp query systems which allows the machine only to cut the profile if it is fixed on the machine. A digital control unit with touch screen technology and two hand operation system is a stand equipment on our 2ALCOAL500 machine. The machine length body is 6,5 metres long and the maximum cutting length is 6000 mm.
